Our mission is to quickly develop the trust that should be felt by customers and their insurance advisor. We evaluate what matters most to our customers by assessing their individual insurance needs. Through a thorough risk assessment, we calculate premiums to save money and fit each customer’s budget. We educate our customers about all coverage options and benefits available to them in an effort to provide transparency, show value in our services, and earn trust.
About JEN
Poindexter Risk Management, LLC was founded in 2022 by Jennifer Poindexter who grew up in Central New York and loves anything that allows her to be outdoors and in nature. Jennifer spent over 20 years in the education system, most recently as an administrator, before feeling a career change was needed. Jennifer obtained her insurance license in 2014 and has been involved in insurance with her husband Jim, who owns an insurance agency in New York and has been in the industry for the last 24 years. Technology is evolving for all of us. Jennifer believes now more than ever that the insurance industry needs to provide customers with a personal connection. It’s her goal to accomplish this as she leads the family business.
